Bolton Muslim Girls’ School (BMGS) is a proud member of the Prosper Academy Trust family, and we are delighted to share the school’s continued success and impact on the local community in Bolton. Since its modest beginnings in 1987 with just 17 learners, BMGS has grown into a highly successful and oversubscribed school, now serving over 750 learners. The school has a rich heritage spanning more than 35 years.

As a faith-based academy within our Trust, BMGS upholds an ethos rooted in Islamic principles while actively promoting British values. The school’s core values, faith, aspiration, respect, honesty, good manners, tolerance, resilience, and kindness, are woven into its daily life.
